La Suite Boutique Hotel

Struttura sporca, trascurata. Piscina sporca. Il ristorante esterno “il pescatore”, della stessa proprietà dell’hotel, pessimo. Pessima esperienza. Sconsigliatissimo!

We stayed here for one night only, as poor weather resulted in the cancellation of all ferries. It looks as though at one time it has been a very good hotel, but sadly that is no longer the case. The room was fairly good, but poorly lit. The grounds were a mess, even taking into account that there had been strong winds. All of the staff we encountered were helpful but seemed disconsolate to be working there. We asked to book a table in the restaurant. 'The chef is in Naples', we were told. I strongly suspect that it is rarely open. We ate at 'La Pergola' nearby, which was excellent. When we did go down to the restaurant to have breakfast, the tables were grubby and the service lacklustre. Dirty sheets were bagged up in a room next door, clearly visible. There is a great deal of room for improvement here. We've encountered some fabulous hotels in our travels in Italy, but this isn't one of them,

Beautiful hotel, with an amazing pool area, but what made this stay Amazing was Simona, she was an absolute dream. She made restaurant recommendations, shuttle arrangement, even went above and beyond and arranged for my airline lost luggage to be collected in Naples and brought to me. She deserves a massive raise.

I could see how this hotel used to be stunning, however not any longer. The staff was the only remaining stunning thing about this place. The maintenance on the grounds were lacking. Advertised that there was a spa, however, this is only massage services. There is a spa facility which is very inviting but not open / operational. Unfortunate. They advertise a gym facility. There are three pieces of equipment and they are older. The pool area is very nice although the umbrellas are so small that there is little shade to be had and whoever designed the area around the pool did not give much thought to the fact that the stone would hold heat. You cannot walk barefoot around the pool as the stones were so hot they burned the bare foot. I actually got up and skimmed the pool myself a few times because it needed to be done. (lol) The reception staff were so helpful and precious. The only problem was that in the morning you never really knew when they would arrive. At times there were lines at the reception area just waiting for someone to actually show up. In sum, the owner of the facility obviously turned his attentions to his other ventures because this facility no longer made him the money he was hoping it would. Therefore he made a business decision to just 'not care' about this place any longer and it shows. They advertise a restaurant on site. I went to eat at the restaurant one night and was told it was closed because the chef didnt feel well so he went home. I was not even offered any other options. Just that it was closed. Meanwhile, the facility is not close to anything else in the area that offered meal options. Quite unprofessional in my opinion. I will not return nor will I recommend this place to anyone else. The only reason I gave it a satisfactory rate was due to the staff being very friendly.

The staff are superb, very friendly and helpful and the hotel concept is lovely. You can tell that when new no expense has been spared however it is a little tired and a little dirty. The cushions were dirty in the shaded eating areas, some of the wooden seating and flooring was broken and uneven. The sunbed cushions needed a good clean down (you do get towels to cover most of the area). The mirror under the bar counter was never cleaned, the floor never looked swept and spilt food and drink was still remaining on the floor around the sunbeds from the previous day. With a good deep clean and the cleaning kept on top of on a daily basis would restore this hotel to how it did look when new? It certainly has the potential to be much, much better.

This hotel is beautiful, pool is lovely. All the Staff is very nice. Antonio & Salvatore are really hard workers and extremely helpful. Everything was wonderful. The maid cleans so good everything was spotless and replaced every day. My only suggestion is to replace the chef. Eggs for breakfast weren’t good at all. Lunch was better than dinner but then again how can a tuna sandwich be bad… Antonio & Salvatore’s service made up for it. Thank you for our time!

We stayed for 6 nights at La Suite in September. It was our first visit to Procida and we were looking forward to having a quiet and relaxing retreat. The hotel is lovely, clean and green. We booked a room near the pool. The bed was large and the pillows very comfortable and soft. The bathroom was spacious. The pool is absolutely beautiful, shaded slightly by palm trees, with a prompt drinks and food service. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. Other points to note: We arrived 2 hours later than expected (around 22:00 due to flight delays) and the hotel staff didn’t make it a problem. They also allowed us to do a late check out on the morning of departure, which was appreciated. Marina, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful - she was always kind, polite and friendly in response to our numerous requests for help organising dinner reservations and understanding (the free) bus routes, among other things. She made everything smooth and easy for us, and is a real gem. Thank you Marina!

We stayed here as part of a photography workshop and while the property does have some wear-and-tear, the staff from the pool area to reception - especially Marina (grazie!!) - was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. And it's an easy walk to the beach (where Il Postino was filmed). The island itself is just wonderful and even in our short time there, i can see why it was named Italy's Capital of Culture for 2022.

Hôtel sur le déclin parties communes sales. Petit déjeuner très moyen, dîner également nous avons renvoyé le vin qui était imbuvable. La douche vétuste avec carrelage mural très vieillissant. Loin de tout et prendre la navette est un sport dangereux. Prix très cher sans rapport avec les prestations
